Provided an estimate quickly and effectively by email. Unlike some local carpet shops they do not charge for giving you a quote which is the way it should be done.

Excellent service and product – again! Design Flooring were recommended to me 2 years ago and I’ve used them to lay carpet twice now. They have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on both occasions – everybody I’ve come into contact with has been great, from Ruth in the showroom to Tom and Andy and the team. They communicate at all stages so you always know the plan and the cost and, importantly, the end result is great. I’m very happy with the work they’ve done and would gladly use them again and highly recommend them.

Cirencester Design Flooring fitted out kitchen flooring 3y ago and are currently providing our bathroom flooring, they will continue to be our first choice in the future! The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, really brilliant service. The flooring selection is fantastic – we go to the Cirencester shop and they have a huge number of samples which are beautifully displayed.
